Meet the team:
Country Director (CD): Maggie CHIRWA
Oversees the delivery of the OFH mission; a qualified registered nurse/midwife, holds Master of business management and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK) with international experience ranging from, pharma and social marketing, business management, research, nursing,and midwifery, in developing and developed countries.
Training and Compliance Director (TCD): Viviane MUKAKARARA
Registered Nurse, Master trainer in MCH/SRH and Quality Assurance experienced in competence based approaches in quality improvement. With strong international background she ensures that OFH standards are adhered to and maintained throughout the operation. She also plans and delivers training for both franchisees and staff.
Technical Director: (TD) Patrick BIGIRIMANA
Acting head of Finance Department ensuring all control systems at OFH and Health posts level are in place and optimally implemented throughout to ensure sustainable operations and financial accountability to our stakeholders. He is also responsible for ensuring Health posts development management and implementation is of sustainable business quality through a team of Technical Representatives.
Senior Project Accountant: (SPA) Eric NIYOMPETA
A Chartered Public Accountant with public sector systems management experience. He is an outstanding performer who has managed to establish systems in his department from scratch. He is responsible for managing Franchisee business statements loans, RSSB claims, audits and financial governance at HP level. He mentors the nurses to transform them into responsible entreprenuers.
Logistics Manager: (LM) Honore AYINKAMIYE
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, with professional experience and thoroughly trained in health commodities procurement and supply chain; pharmaceutical services regulation such as medicines assessment and registration from both private and public sector institutions. He ensures timely availability of essential medicines across all our Health Posts reaching out to the farthest.
Logistics Officer: (LO) Fidele BIMENYIMANA
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy has over 6 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical supply chain Management and pharmaceutical warehouse management. Prior to joining One Family Health (OFH) from 2017 he was a Pharmacist and Assistant Director of Kayonza District Pharmacy from 2015-2017 and also headed private sector pharmacy. He sits on the Finance and Administration committee of the Rwanda National Pharmacy Council.
Systems Analyst: (SA) Frank LUZIBIZA
A computer sciences and IT Expert with excellent systems development, training and troubleshooting skills to keep our Information Management System, and Electronic Health Records Management System running and end users (nurses and staff) satisfied. He had special training in from LifeSense RSA and now provides expert input into building and adapting our unique LifeQube platform to Rwandan specifications.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: (MEO) Liliane IRIBAGIZA
Qualified Monitoring and Evaluation expert with administration and with coordination experience in International Organisations, NGO and private sector. She provides the small team with invaluable support in ensuring accurate and timely reports on the platform as well as the MOH Reports. She is also responsible for coordinating activities and meetings across functions including external meetings.

Bosco Jean BUGINGO- Gasabo Rurindo and Kayonza Districts
Responsible for territory management, monitoring adherence to OFH standards, Key Performance Indicators and sustainability at each Health Post and managing relationships at District level.
